Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations & Refunds:

Once your order has gone into production we can no longer cancel the order for a full refund.  Please contact the Lindy's Lake Life Team as soon as possible, so we can verify if the order has been sent to production. (Production normally starts within the first 15 minutes after order is placed). 

If your order has not gone to production we can issue a full refund.  If you cancel after your order has gone into production, you will be responsible for the production costs. Please contact our team as soon as you know you need to cancel an order. 

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

 

Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final!

At this time we are not offering exchanges or returns. Please contact The Lindy's Lake Life Team if you have any questions before placing your order. 

 

Defective Products

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@lindyslakelife.com and we will begin the exchange process. The Lindy's Lake Life Team will send you instructions for the exchange process.  Warranty or return could be voided if you try to fix the issue yourself, so please contact our team for the next steps.
